On May 3, the photo exhibition «Unrevealed Beauty» opened at the Museum of Ethnography.
The photography project «Unrevealed Beauty» delves into a rural theme that has been explored before. This project brings transformation to ordinary villagers through the efforts of a team of stylist, makeup artist and barber. The results are unexpected, as the characters begin to resemble famous artists, actors or TV presenters.
In the hustle and bustle of life's problems, especially in the outback, it is not always possible to look at yourself completely differently and see yourself as beautiful, stylish and modern. This project aims to dispel stereotypes and prejudices associated with place of residence and profession, allowing participants to rethink their own uniqueness and attractiveness.
The visual transformation in the Untold Beauty project opens our eyes to the diversity and beauty of every person, regardless of their environment or social status, and helps us to abandon stereotyped ideas about beauty and open ourselves to new, unusual and inspiring stories about ordinary people who can become a source inspiration and admiration.
